Mini Poppy Field

This 2025 project was part of a larger show by the artist entitled ‘Stitch By Stitch’ at the Oxbow Gallery in Easthampton, MA.  The Mini Poppy Field was located in the window of the gallery, individual poppies were placed on an artificial turf carpet. The carpet was contoured from below and created a simile of a bright poppy field in the midst of February winter weather.
